    my laptop had primary surface test failure and now dell says i needed to renew my warranty before they do anything, they said it takes 2 days.. to process and now i am waiting for this machine to get fixed!

    will they give me same laptop? or new upgraded one?
    i even sai don the phone i want to get laptop recplaced or upgraded but the did just kept saying yes whatever the technician says what he needs to do,

    i really dont want to "send" my laptop out and be out of laptop, i just want this thing to be fixed so i can game i cant even play diablo 3 withou ti crashing, and i just have to hope in league of legends i dont lag out or crash, =_= and sigh...

    this is my weekend off and im here waiting :/

    They will attempt to fix it first. Try to avoid the "repair depot."

    surface test failure... I had that with the 680m sli's in my original m18x-r2. took 8 months of every 2 weeks repairing it, sending me new videocards and replacing them, etc.. to eventually get a replacement. Once they start trying to repair it, it only gets worse, every single time, over and over, because they will recycle used, broken parts consistently
