    Way around for order a nameplate in Canada?

    Is there anyway around the system to get a customized nameplate when ordering from Alienware Canada?

    What if I order through a rep? Does he have the option?

    Keep checking the website, I know with AUS site that the custom nameplate only came up recently for us, the reps weren't able to do it and then finally I spoke to a rep who said it had been updated just last week on the site.
