    ****: Hi, just wanted to check.There was supposed to be a video update today at 3. Is it going to happen or is it delayed ?

    Employee: Unfortunately we do not have that information at this time

    ****: so its no longer scheduled for 3 today ?

    Employee: Unfortunately we do not have that information

    ****: do you know if theres a black m15x coming in skullcap then ?

    Employee: Not at this time

    ****: do you not know or is it not coming ?

    Employee: Unfortunately not
    Employee: we do not have that information

    ****: ok, thank you

    Employee: Thank you for considering Alienware, have a great day!





    Yes, surely i'm considering alienware... because I love the fact they unfortunately dont have any information... theyr gonna make me wait for the clevo... guess, what I'll be considering then? :D

    why is Alienware so incompetent? people will not get upset with straight up answers. we all know they have answers. how do you run a business and not know what the business is doing? when they say "we don't have information" it's because they're delaying things. that's what i have concluded from my observations.

    i was gonna ask something like that, but i decided not to ... why be mean to the employee when its not her fault, and "we do not have that information" is the only line theyr allowed to type/copy/paste
