I am just curious i have the Weiman E-Tronic wipes, and it says you can use them on LCD screens. I am concerned though as they contain etyhl alcohol and I heard your not supposed to use ammonia or alcohol on LCD screens because it will discolor and degrade them. I dont want to mess up my new M17x laptop screen, so can anyone tell me whether its safe to use those, or should I just keep using warm water and a soft cloth?

Don't forget one of the great things about the M17x is the screen is covered in glass.

    LCD Screen wipes not required.
Stick with the warm water soft cloth if it's working for you.

I use a 'Monster' Microfiber cloth and screen wipe. I think using any other products then microfiber will eventually scratch the screen.

Ha, what ever you decide to use, never use a glass cleaner - that'll etch your display.
