This problem happened to me long ago but today I have it again:

Changing from Performance to Power Save (2 greens stripes to 1) makes my display look so dim like it's in lowest brightness level. But it's not because of brightness settings because it's still at highest level and I can even lower the brightness to make my screen even dimmer (almost black)

Changing back to Performance makes my display back to normal brightness.

And I'm not in Stealth Mode, I'm sure about that.

Anyone has any idea about that weird problem :p

    Thanks in advance :)

you can go to fusion on the command center and change the settings for that power plan, there are lots of options to customize the power settings
when i change to saver power mode ther are no change in the screen brightness, the only time when the screen dims its when i switch from high performance to saver mode on the WINDOWS power options

Yeah. It is because the your save mode in Windows settings has low brightness level and you can change that. But I have all modes at full brightness so it's kinda confused when my display is so dark.

Maybe you are right about Alien Fusion. It may override my Windows brightness setting. I need to reinstall my CC first to dig into that because Alien Fusion on my system never works before lol.
