    The title pretty much says it. I am wondering if they use Intels, or some other brand for their SSD's that you buy from them with their systems.

    Or does it change? What did m17s come with, or m17x 's??

    They are Dell OEM Branded Samsung drives.

    Yes, they always use that brand. Which is why we always recommend you buy your own. Dell charges too much for Samsung's SSDs, and X25-M's or OCZ Vertex/Agility drives are almost *always* a better deal.
