I recently just got Age of Conan and everytime on start up it reminds me that my drivers are out dated and I should, at least, have nVidia Display Driver Forceware release 169.21 or later. It also tells me to get the latest driver from www.nvidia.com.

I then tried to get the latest driver from nVidia.com. The 175.32 driver that just came out does not seem to be compatible with my m15x 8800M GTX at all. So, I was wondering what driver versions are other m15x users using for their 8800M GTX (Single, if it matters)?

go to www.laptopvideo2go.com and try drivers from there in the forums section.

Graphics cards are unique. Each one is different. If you have computer X with graphics card Y and Joe has computer X with graphics card Y different drivers will bring upon differnt stability and performance for both of you.

The only way is trial. Try and test out a few drivers until you find which is best for your specific graphics card.

Thanks for the input. If I find a working driver I'll post up incase anyone else is wondering or is just as lost as I was.

Actually, I could compile a list on the first post of different peoples drivers for newcomers to have a list of drivers that have worked for other people.

well, the drivers will always work. but every driver has individual characteristics, some run smoother, but with less peak fps, others get really high fps intermittently, but are otherwise slower. so it's really a matter of personal preference.

Oh, all right. Well, the 177.72 drivers are agreeing with me so cheers for that.
