Since I have come to the States to attend graduate school. I applied to AW EMEA for an account transfer to AW US about one month ago. And one EMEA representative sent me a form via email, and told me to forward the finished form to [email protected].
Actually, I have been sending the finished form to the given email address four times in the passing month. Yet nothing happened. I have also contacted the EMEA guys. And they told me that they didn't know what had happened, either, and what they can do was merely forwarding my reply to the activation department again.
What should I do now?
