    What cards can the M17 support?

    Well, maybe it's an easy one to answer but besides ATI, can it support Nvidia's cards if so what models? And would SLI work? I still think AW needs to offer 1GB 9800M GTX in SLI! Thanks for your replies!

    i believe the m17 is mxm III. but im not totally sure. so it depends

    It has one mxm 3 slot and one mxm 4 slot. the nvidia 98series uses mxm 4.

    the ati 3870 and hopefully the 4850 uses mxm 3.
    you can use a mxm 3 card in a mxm 4 slot but not vica versa.

    so that is why only one nvidia card can fit in it.
