On like WoW and TF2 or Bioshock/UT3 engine games... is this too weak to run them?

Is this a laptop your looking at or all ready have?
And what resolution are you playing at?
Should be able to max all of them at 1440 by 900.

well that problem is your cpu. i would suggest using a 2.0 dual at least. but you cant change that now. what i would do is use the new nvidia big bang 2 drivers. and i would tweak your OS to use as less cpu processing and ram so you can get the best performance. my older laptop was a 1.5 C2D. and a 8600m gs. and i went to 4gb from 2gb and went to a x64 OS and no lie my FPS increased 10-15 FPS.

try adjusting your system services and then your system settings to max performance and power options to max performance

    try overclocking your cpu?

The CPU seems to be the bottleneck. The graphics must go through the CPU when it is processed also.
