I purchased the m15x (old one) with T9500 and 9800 graphic cards.
One day I put my labtop in sleep mode, and the computer could never start up.
I sent it for repair, and according to the tech, they said the motherboard of my m15x needed to be replaced.
I only used for 3 weeks, and I was kinda disspointed that happened to me.
I was excited about m15x.
I wonder if I should get my money back? I spent about $2000 on it. or If I can get anything from dell, or alienware.
What you will do if you were me.
Thank.

If it's still within the return policy(If you have it for 3 weeks from the date of receiving it), I suggest you return it for a refund and spend a lil extra money on the new m15x. $2000.00 is enough for " the " new m15x. It start at $1499.00
The reason why I am saying this is :
1) I read a lot about hinges problems, and say it is due to user damaged, and AW won't repair it. On the long run, the hinge will break off(search the forum).
2) I don't like it when I buy something nice and it breaks right away. It's an expensive toy.
3) If, you are within the return period. -
Refund if you can

although i think lolder m15x looks cooler

yeah, I would ask for a refund and go for the new M15x, because it is much more advanced.... -
...and the hinges won't fall off....
What should I do with this?
