    I use fddshow. Its a codec use for most players and support almost all format. I am not sure abt hddvd codec.

    I think the idea is, the game will be contain adverts for Cola and what-not, and also you'll have to pay small amounts if you want to customise your character etc.

    you can find everything there also in packs.
    I can surely recommend the alternative quicktimeplayer and alternative realplayer for .mov and .rm files these are extremely light and have no annoying stuff.
