I was thinking about selling my 2 month old M14x R2 along with my 9 month old Aurora R3 in order to buy either a M17x R4 or a M18x R2 (most current?). I do like my current setup with my desktop hooked up to three monitors (all 24 inch) and my laptop is quite useful for gaming on the go. However as my eyesight is getting more challenged I find that I am missing the nice large size of the M17x ( I have owned two an R1 and R2).
So my question is this, which choice would you make:
(1) keep the setup I now have.
(2) sell them and purchase the M17x R4 or
(3) sell them and purchase the M18x R2.
Thanks in advance for any advice or thoughts.

I honestly would say keep what you have now, but if you wanted to sell them off, you could not go wrong with the M17x R4 or M18x R2, I would vote M18x in that case if you were going to buy one of the two. Also depends on what you want to spend.

I would definitely keep what you have as you currently have the best of both worlds. When I bought my M17x R3 I sold my desktop and as much as I love my M17x I kind of wish I had a smaller M14x R2 and a desktop.

Ideally, keep what you have and buy an M18x. The thought of selling the Aurora R3 would make me feel sad. If that is not feasible, go for the M18x. It will provide complete portability with performance that exceeds many so-called gaming desktop computers and it has a very good quality large screen. The anodized aluminum chassis is also very awesome.
What would you do?
