Hey guys, I missed out on the EPP + $50 off deal, and now the EPP catalogue no longer has the $799 config of M11x.
I'm wondering if there's anywhere / anyway to purchase a M11x for less than $799 right now?
-
You could get one at Best Buy for $899.99. This config sells for around 1000 on Alienware if you built one through them.
-
Well I'm kinda tight on cash, so I want to know what the lowest price point is, even if it means a weaker processor (though I heard not by much).
-
bestbuy m11x highly recommand.
no wait time, easy return or exchange if OC bsod or screen gap issue exist, rewardzone points. -
Not too many need virtualization support, so its an utter waste of money.
-
That's why I'm looking for the cheapest solution
-
Either buy the Best Buy model or the base M11x off the Alienware website. The Best Buy version is the best bang for the $$$ that you will get for the M11x, however you don't get Bluetooth with the Best Buy M11x.
-
Cheapest I think is the base $799 plus if you order through Team Blackhawk, they can add a $50 coupon and free shipping. So I would believe that the cheapest is a base model for $749 + whatever tax you have to deal with.
-
My dad works for Dell, I almost pulled the trigger as I get 17% off. The tax part really kills it for me. I am waiting for a stackable 20-40% coupon to come out for Dell to buy it. I think if you are not in a hurry for one it's best to wait for those Dell coupon codes.
-
Or if Bing comes up with 10% Best Buy cashback, might be another decent option. Either way, the BB version is a great deal.
-
Ok guys, I have to point out that I'm looking for the lowest price point.
I don't care much for the Best Buy version.
Anyone know if Dell will have a M11x-compatible coupon anytime soon? -
What kind of setup are you looking for? Specs wise?
-
On the official US site (I see you are from Canada; don't know about that), it's $799 + tax + shipping. If you want to go even lower, maybe try Dell Outlet, but I can't remember I ever saw m11x there.
-
Obviously that can't be done anymore, so I'm just waiting for the next coupon I guess. -
Best Buy M11x will save you around $100-$150 compared to the same configuration from Delienware
-
FS
ristine Alienware M!!X
Might want to consider this -
Nice find DR650SE!
bump -
Good luck waiting for those coupons... ^^ By that time I'll get my m13.37 (Latte'd).
-
Also if you have any reward zone credit, consider picking up the M11x from Best Buy. Just the purchase of the system alone will give you roughly $15 back in reward zone credit. -
Most coupons from Dell are for specific systems preconfigured with options that brings the price up substantialy. You rarely get a coupon that will bring down the price of a base system... -
Also coupons that I had were all for EPP. For non-EPP, try Bing Cashback, that's what I used to order mine and saved $90.

i got mine
su7300
4gb ram
160b hdd 5400rp
bluetooth
got it for: 925 including tax. shipped with free next business day shipping, others may take two weeks on standard delivery.
how i got that was i called them. I said i can't wait that long and needed the laptop asap. They didn't budge until I asked them for student discount and they said the most they could do was free next day shipping. Then when I received it I called them again to add the warranty (I wasn't sure if i want to keep the laptop or not so I didn't add it at the time of purchased) but they can't offer the warranty on the website so I told them I'm gonna return it and go to best buy and buy it. The return specialist negotiated with me for additional 75$ off so I took the offer. Knowing that the best buy model doesn't have custom name plate or bluetooth with it and 899 after tax is about 960$ here so the bottom line was I pretty much got my laptop for 925 with tax and next day shipping with the config above.
you can try to do something like that I guess. I really wanted to add that warranty for 199 plus 50$ coupon so i can purchase the orochi with that GC but they wanted 370 for the 3yrtoo expensive IMO.
What's the cheapest price for M11x now?
