Whats your favorite LED color?

So, we all have our favorite LED colors and I was wondering which one is yours? I personally enjoy switching between colors on a day to day basis. Although, Red is my favorite and not far behind it is Blue (which matches the charger quite nicely as well.) And if you don't do solid colors, what colors do you morph between?

 

By far my favorite is green.

 

Red goes very good.
I also use solid and constant colors.

@EvenlikeSteven, you are right: at the beginning I used blue because it matchs the power plug

 

Blue and purple. I like the soft colors, particularly because my living room usually isn't that bright and the keys don't glare as much. That, and one of my favorite colors is purple.

Every month or so I change colors, cycling through blue, red, green, white and yellow.

I also have an Orange and Blue Mets theme that I'm still waiting for an occasion to use.

The one I don't like is white. Because is not pure white, has some yellow tint.

My whole keyboard is currently morphing between green and yellow to make a kind of Jamaican theme while the touchpad and the grills are yellow and the touch sensitive strip, alienhead, and logo are green. I also threw in a Jamaican flag wallpaper picture to tie everything together...I will never get tired of alienFX.

 

I usually have mine set to blue, but wish that there were darker shades of blue, green & purple available to choose from.

 

I like blue. I tried red for the first time and I like it because it goes with my desktop better. Problem is on the r3 the red shows a lot of bleeding light around the Alienware logo on the screen so i went back to blue.

 

Torn between blue and green. I think i'd probably go for blue if i had to choose. Red is up there too.

 

Had Gold for ages, but think may be going for a new colour soon. May go back to green, or give purple a chance...

Although the alien head on the back of my screen doesn't work properly any more, red doesnt work and any other color i put it to it either goes blue or green

 

All the colors , I can change to any colors I want! depends on my mood!

because alienware rocks! (not like other laptop which has white only lol)

but most of the time i run with the lights off.

 

Red Yellow Blue (keyboard)
Light Blue for on/off button and touchstrip buttons
Green for the Alien Head on the lid.
But mostly go dark with my keyboard.

I'm a big fan of blue, and I tend to use that color more often.

It depends on my Desktop image.

Batman i go for yellow keypad and light blue accents

Green Lantern i use a solid green color

Superman is red and blue

Joker is Purple and Green

Flash is mostly red with yellow touch pad and alienhead

Sinestro is mono yellow

Bizzaro is the superman theme just backwards

Final Fantasy is typically yellow with orange and blue

And at times i just like the white with various color accents to make the white actually look white

All in all though i'm pretty much changing mine every few days just for the variation it gives... i never have really like the flashing or morphing colors though, go figure lol

 

My R1's white setting seems to have a pink tint instead...

I've tried all colour options, but I always revert back to the original blue.

 

Mine's an R2 and when it worked, my white had a pink tint also.
Other than that, I prefer red for everything when in static color mode however, I generally use some really wild morph effects when not in plain red mode.

I usually run blue at work to appear somewhat normal, but love green and red. Will go to purple every once in a while till someone calls it girly...

I wish more games used the alienFX to change the lights based on whats going on in the game.

This is normal, I complained about the same thing when I got my M17x-R2 and apparently it's normal. A full white just doesn't happen with the LED's...

 

Currently have red and I personally think the Blue/Red/green is by far the best. I would have included gold but meh...the other three colors are just far more beautiful.

 

correct as these are RGB leds and they produce the "white" by mixing the 3 colours.

I tend to use white(even with its pinkish tint) because I really just want the keys lit up so I can see them, and the other colors tend to make my computer area at night glow like crazy. You can see the colors glowing at the other side of the house(even though my laptop isn't in front of a door)

 

After playing around with the lighting for a good hour and enabling advanced setting as painstakingly building a theme I just downloaded Freelancers theme from here:

I changed the Alienhead to Blue Back and Front because my machine is already nebula red, and it's by far the best theme. I can't say which is my favourite because they all look great ! Honeymoon period I suppose...

 

My favorite is plasma purple, but it sucks that it cant all be purple cuz something look more pink than purple, but i morph from plasma purple to terra green it amazing....

 

The white does have pink in it which looks quite bad
