    When does AW usually ship the laptops?

    My m15x was on phaze 7 last week before thanksgiving on Thurs when they stop working.
    And it got stuck on Mon, but I my friends who own a m15x told me that AW prefer to ship the laptop on Thurs, is this true? Does that mean I can't get it this week?

    I'm so anxious. I want my laptop! :mad:

    AW ships when the lappy's finished, not on Thursdays... ;)

    seeing how you're on phase 7, it shouldn't take much longer than a day or two.

    I just called the AW order status, and they said it takes roughly about another 2-3 days to ship. What a delay! I know there was the thanksgiving break and I can't argue with that, but this delay is really getting my nerves on.

    My laptop was shipped on monday and the ETA is friday.

    EDIT: just refreshed the order page and they dropped a day. new ETA is thursday.

    I ordered a few days before you and still lags behind...

    I dont know but I am happy they did. I still firmly believe paypal had something to with why I am not still in phase 5.

    order status page is notoriously unaccurate. I was in phase 8 on the page and I called AW to resolve some other issues and the tech from roswell said it was on the truck shipped and I would receive my tracking number in my email. Sure enough a couple hours later there it was. Which isn't that bad of a difference but others have had much worse.

    Does roswell handle any cases from technical questions to billing questions? even order status? wow...maybe I should call them too.

    I know how you feel man, I just paid them $350 to get it sent over night, they even gave me a consignment number to check online.

    The online status of my parcel still says it is at Alienware in Adelaide . !!!!! :mad:

    Either the lazy posties are not updating the info because they are so Aussie Lazy they couldn't be bothered omfg
