    I got my M15X in June 2008.
Wondering where I can find the latest updates for this laptop when it comes to BIOS, and firmware and video drivers and everything else.

Also have any major fixes been released lately that I should know about?
    Thanks for any help. :)

you'll definitely want to flash the newest BIOS, it's called x32 (RC1). it really helps with GPU temperatures.

Here is what my PC Information file says:

    BIOS Information

    Manufacturer: Quanta
    Name: PhoenixBIOS 4.0 Release 6.1
    Version: vX32 P3
    Version: ALWARE - 6040000

IS that the most recent Bios?

x32 is the newest version, yeah. So you shoul be okay. To make sure, download RivaTuner and monitor your GPU temperatures during gaming. They should climb up to 88° C and then drop back down to about 80° C, because the x32 BIOS makes the cooling fan kick in at 88° C.
