Does anyone know where you can get all the alienware avatars/wallpapers etc?

I had to re-install windows since my M17x-R2 did not come with Raid 0 configured.

They also didnt send my respawn CD that I paid $50 for.

So where can I get those themes/avatars/wallpapers?

    Thanks in advance

Well I'd definitely call and demand a refund for the CD or a replacement.

    Thanks for the links.

what should I ask for? suggestions?

I had already thought about trying to get a credit on my account for missing respawn DVD and failed RAID 0 config.

You need to call Customer Care about your missing items. They will give you freebies, tech support won't. ;)

I will call customer care and see what I can get.

So I got the wall papers and Avatars, but how do I get the theme that it came with? For example when I was logged out I could see an alienware theme instead of windows.

Any to restore this? I know its purely cosmetic, but I wanted to get it back to the way it came originally.

I don't remember a specific theme coming with Alienware. It was probably a change of colors in the W7 theme manager.

If you haven't done much with your computer, you could always respawn it back to factory settings at boot? Or was that also erased with your format? Probably.

Sorry I can't help further bro.

maybe it was just the wall paper I was seeing.

Called Customer care, they said I never paid for a Respawn DVD. When I go to their website, I dont even see it as an option anymore. I am 100% sure I ordered one.

The lady didnt want to do anything about my RAID 0 not being configured either, so I have requested to talk to a manager. After being on hold for several minutes, she said her manager was "busy" and that they would call me back. We will see.

Arrrgggghhh, my first experience with purchasing an Alienware laptop has not been good.

I thought when you shelled out 3k for a laptop you would get a little better support.

right, i didn't realize it was just a jpeg until i unzipped the files and looked at them. Pretty easy to change, just had to modify one registry key, and rename the image and copy it to a folder...
