    Which moded driver are you currently using for your 8800M GTX?

    I need a little help choosing the best driver for the 8800m gtx
    I once had a great moded driver I forgot which version it was, then I thought it would be smart to download the official driver from the nvidias website, but then it became slow so now i need a new nvidia moded driver

    Does anyone know if the latest drivers are nessasarly the best ( MODDED OF COURSE)

    This is a bit dated but for the 8800M GTX (SLI) on the XPS M1730 platform I had the best performance in-game with the x-fastest 190.40 driver. Again, this was some time back so I can't say how it would stack up against new release drivers on your system. Might want to look into it.

    I use the Alienware drivers but I had a differnt system m17x and ran at 103c. I also tried other drivers and had 100+c .
    Best idea is research before useing new drivers.
