    Not only are they hard to understand, but they talk so fast...so if your reading this SLOOOOWWWW down ;)

    Anywho m15x got pushed back a week, due to 8800 back order....ruined my day...

    Had to vent sorry...

    It's called variability of service. It's not something companies can control to the extent where everyone has the same experience.

    If you're not happy with your rep, just ask to be transferred.
