This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Alienware is a huge company, they sell hundreds of expensive computers everyday but i fail to see why such a company can mess up so badly.

    Things are shipped with cracks, scrapes, broken pieces, overheating components, underclocking.

    I just can't understand why a company that big won't put an end to.
    I have only been here for a day or two and already I'm appalled that Alienware have not done anything about this.
