Ive searched through the forums, I figured there was no harm in asking. When I placed my order, I inquired about the 740qm and 840qm. I was informed that if I purchased the parts, dell would switch out my cpu for me. I didnt ask about setting up RAID 0. I currently have a 256gb SSD. If I purchase the parts, will dell help me out? Again, my apologies for the inconvenience of answering the same question again.

They may, but installing the SSD is really not hard at all just remove the baseplate, that unscrew and removed the HDD caddy 1, and than insert new SSD. You'll want to reformat your old SSD, and than enter BIOS, select RAID 0 mode, and that do a new install of windows. Theres now way to setup raid 0 based on your single SSD install since the info needs to be split to each disk.
