If I remember right, the only discount stackable with that one is the 4% off you get when purchasing with a DPA account.
http://dfs.us.dell.com/Pages/DPA.aspx
And even with that you have to do something weird, like not sign into your account until the last page of your purchase, or something. I don't remember for sure, I'm sure someone else can cover that part. -
Coupon codes and discounts are on page 1 of the Official Thread here:

Order over the phone, I hear you can sometimes haggle the price down

Yes I was able to get the 7% student which is the highest standard discount you can get Dell EPP and Military is also 7%, and then another 100 knocked off a certain part...

No just by befriending a rep slowly but surely over a time period... you'd be suprised how much jokes will do for you! I recommended to anyone here Austin Kidder and his team at Dell they are fantastic! Very helpful and resourceful (yes I have permission to make mention of him
)

I remember the days of the 35% off from dell, those were nice, I guess they stopped those.
-
they won't put out 35% off on a laptop that was just released 1 month ago and is 2-4K
common sense here people -
Of course not, I'm just saying, I haven't really noticed them on any laptop lately.

How does the dell epp discount work? also does military discount extend to DOD civilian employees?

as long as you have a military email you should be able to get it -
