    Will be buying the new all powerful m17x, but i need some advice.

    I am an university student im looking to maximize savings on the all new powerful m17x laptop
    is there other discounts besides the 7% student discount? if so please advice? :)

    If I remember right, the only discount stackable with that one is the 4% off you get when purchasing with a DPA account.

    And even with that you have to do something weird, like not sign into your account until the last page of your purchase, or something. I don't remember for sure, I'm sure someone else can cover that part.

    Yes I was able to get the 7% student which is the highest standard discount you can get Dell EPP and Military is also 7%, and then another 100 knocked off a certain part...

    No just by befriending a rep slowly but surely over a time period... you'd be suprised how much jokes will do for you! I recommended to anyone here Austin Kidder and his team at Dell they are fantastic! Very helpful and resourceful (yes I have permission to make mention of him ;) )

    I remember the days of the 35% off from dell, those were nice, I guess they stopped those.

    How does the dell epp discount work? also does military discount extend to DOD civilian employees?

    Epp just have to log in or what ever ... or configure it on the Epp site..

    as long as you have a military email you should be able to get it

    I always thought the military discount was through AAFES.
