Will it ever end with Alienware? ( M15x Hinge Problem Part 2 )

I purchased the original M15x around the time the 8800M GTX video card came out with it and I loved the way it looked and everything, then I started having problems with it. I sent it in twice because they didnt fix my stealth button and I sent it in another time because of the famous "Hinge Problem". I sent it in and they fixed it back to normal. A few months passed and the hinges look like its slightly opening again...Im tired of complaining and im tired with all these problems. I was wondering if you guys think there is a chance Alienware can finally replace my M15x with the new version which doesnt have all these problems? I did renew my warranty ( luckly about 3 weeks ago )..

 

worth a shot if it keeps being a hastle maybe they'll help you upgrade to a new m15x.

 

Seeming as you keep having problems, I think you're in a position to request either a refund or an upgrade to the new M15x.
