Hi, well I'm having this weird problem in windows 7. My wireless card for some reason isn't working as it should. Let me explain, when I first boot up my computer it doesn't work at all, for it to work I need to restart it. If I shut it down again, it won't work until I restart it. I'm thinking it might be a driver issue, where can I find the driver for my wireless wifi card? Thank you.

Have you tried the driver from the dell driver page for it?

    http://support.euro.dell.com/suppor...typeid=-1&dateid=-1&formatid=-1&fileid=341834

Also you could try these drivers

    http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/topic/14644-latest-broadcom-943xx-driver/

these drivers on this page are modded and more update than the dell page normally
comes without the crappy software that dell provides with the driver download

Or you could try updating your chipset driver (Can download direct from intel and nvidia for that for latest versions)

    Or updating your BIOS

btw did, you install windows 7 by an upgrade or an clean install, has if you done the upgrade, this may cause problems

There is a compatibility issue with the NV Chipset driver and the Wifi in W7. Your post has been moved to the M17x & Win 7 Thread.

    This thread is now closed.

    Thanks.
