Before the windows 7 (x64) drivers came out for the alienware M17x I upgraded to windows 7. Then it was giving me problems so my friend reformatted my hard drive and deleted the alienware stuff (Not knowing there weren't any drivers for windows 7 yet). Now I can't get my wireless internet to work anywhere. And it only works when I plug in the ethernet cable. I downloaded the new drivers now but it still doesn't work can anyone help me?

I have both running on mine, there is a setting you need to click off in your wireless properties. Don't recall what it is right now (I am at work), but the setting puts your wireless to sleep by default or something. There were a few threads on here about it a couple of weeks back. I did it and I have had no problems since with either the wireless or the ethernet connections.
