    Wondering if I am behind on my BIOS Versions for m15x

    Have a fully loaded m15x.
    Not sure what the latest bios version is and how to go about getting them, so Im asking for help.

    My bios states:
    system bios: vX32 P3A33
    vga bios: nVidia 2.92.23.00.04

    Am i behind or up to date?

    X36 is the latest bios, if I'm not mistaken, but AW only recommends you update it if you're experiencing problems with your current bios. And you'll also need to have a tech guy on the line while you do the bios flash to ensure that nothing goes wrong, otherwise you lose your warranty.

    I am getting constant problems with the new X36 bios
    BSODs like crazy
    where can I find the X32 bios i had .... ?

    Yup I was having problems with my video card overheating, so i got the X36 bios and called tech support and we did the bios update from there.

    Then over the next several weeks i noticed bsods during tasks such as Nero Vision, or SP2004 cpu stress...

    Now I switched back to x32 with them on the phone again, and all is fine.
    Sp2004 runs half an hour no problem. Nero vision burns dvds and works no problem :)

    Guess the new bios just wasnt for me. BSODs all over the place.
    Now all is perfect. :)
