i found a trick how to turn all lights except the power button off

    here you go:
    go to: C:\Program Files\Alienware\Command Center
    start: AlienwareAlienFXTester.exe
go through all the tests, after the last animation test only the power button is on

if you want to thank me, i'll give you my paypal account info LOL :D

Nice one! It's amazing how the LED's respond way faster than how they do in Command Center.

I already thanked you... I'm thanking you again as this is a very positive solution for everyone that wants to have this possibility.
Lets hope AW makes it possible throught Command Center.

    Cheers again,
    M.

Well, any contribution is a good contribution :p Thanks mate, I'm sure you've helped alot of people.

And its a rather better solution that what someone found the other day ( involvs
ripping the chassis off and and hiring a bomb squad to disable the wires )

some of the words i used to describe something may have been over dramatic.
