    The silver plastic piece just falls off. I didn't touch it or anything, and now it will not go back on securely and there is a small little "nubbin" of a broken piece of plastic. Would this be covered?

    I'd say it was a manufacture fault, unless you want to file the "nubbin" and carefully glue the flap back on...

    Contact james or Armando and possibly send a photo of the broken part too, they should be able to advise you (",)
