Hey guys I just arrived to the AW world. The first words I said after receiving my M14x-R2 were: "omg!!"
Yes, nothing rare except one thing: I live in Spain, bought the AW by dell.es and after checking my laptop... It was built for the Australian Market.

When I told dell people what happened, they said "meh... do you want to keep it or take your money?..." Omg again!

It doesn't have the "Ñ" key, different colour (not a big problem but...), 5400rpm vs 7200rpm Hdd I paid for... Too much money to accept it with that kind of things.

I bought it with a 100€ discount wich isn't avaliable now. I waited 2 weeks and they said "meh..."

I asked for a compensation, 'cause I use it for my work (the only thing I need is a fast machine, but mine is going to die and I need it almost now!) and they said "maybe we can replace yours..." Ofcourse!! "But you'll have to wait again."

I'm feeling a bit dissapointed with all the treatment, 'cause one thing:

Hey dell/aw, you've made a mistake. Just take this laptop, bring me mine and do it as fast as hell. Don't tell me to refund my money as first option. I paid and I trusted you.

After 30 mins of talking and sending some photos of the package the only response I had was to wait and keep the laptop until Thursday.
Nothing about my laptop, even a fair answer like "We'll be working on it until you get yours..." would be fine.

Do you know anything like that? What can I do to have my M14x on my desk before Christmas?? Thank u all!

Thank you for the comment. At least dell US cares about their customers more than dell ES... ;-)
