    where can you buy these proc's??

    ---- wow i feel very stupid shirleys cpu is not a person but a ebay store... never mind and also is it difficult to install the cpu?? i have ripped a few laptops apart to solder new power plug-ins. the CPU isn't cemented in is it? (on the M17

    yes x9100 can be bought from ebay but there are also some online retailers that sell them. It'll just be more expensive going that route.

    If you want to replace the cpu there are instructions in the service manual and a thread here from Mr.Moo that has a video on how to do it. Good luck!
