Your alienware belongs to which country?

Hello I'm making this thread for a simple reason to know where is alienware most concentrated and at what places did it reached!

Simple reason: I'm from Portugal and the alienware does have a webpage to Portugal, but for no reason it's fake and it belongs to UK, so didn't get it from there and resolved my way from a store of clevos and other laptops

So you also suffered from bad distribuition from alienware.

I like very much of alienware but they would expand and study the countrys that would like to have them, like Portugal or your case KSA.

 

Rest assured, Alienware is most prominent in outer space.

Hi Lp i have an m15x and i live in Azores and study in lisbon, but ordered mine from the Us because my father has an import buissnes so it was shiped to the headquaters in us and the put it in the shipping container with the products the the company imports.. and its a lot cheaper buying in the us, only had one problem with a bad bios update and it was sent to alienware but their factory in ireland, tehy fixed it free of charge.

im now dissapointed because they do not pump out grafics driver for the m15x because we cant use any above 186.81

You don't imagine what I've to do to get on m17x, it was hell, I had to call them, than call dell spain and at last tried dell Portugal, nothing, not even one drop oh hope, but than I went to WSI | bytes & gadgets - Portáteis à sua medida. and they served me right

 

I study at Instituto Superior Tecnico on alameda, well it wasnt easy for me, well the order was it took a hole month to make and then it took a week to ship and it took another month to ship to azores. so the waiting was killing me. oh a have a friend who i got him the new M15x so theres at least 2 more here in azores...

 

What course are you taking??

Well my M17x-R2 was definately manufactured in China, and ordered via Ireland, but the Irish factory has now moved to Croatia and i was speaking to a technician there.

 

But have you ordered it yet? where are you from? maybe I can help you

 

Oh, I have it it only took 3 months to arrive, however as I won it in a competition the spec was the absolute minimum possible, except for the Memory, that was 4Mb so I am trying to upgrade without paying Dells rediculous prices

So something it's not right with alienware, is anybody having the same trouble with alienware? if yes just say it than we can try to comunicate which countrys are they failing to!

 

It was a competition fronted by CustomPC magazine last december

 

I got mine from Dell Colombia, but this was made on USA, i though it was made on Texas but the shipping guide said this is comming fron Nashville, TN, anyway, this alien is comming to Colombia

 

I'm happy for you! you didn't had any kind of difficult to have the beast AW, don't get me wrong I love AW it's a great brand of laptops but they have to improove their assistance

 

I ordered it through a friend in the usa I thought it would be cheaper in dollars until they charged me 300 euros in custom taxes so I ended up paying the same

 

There is no Alienware factory in Croatia.Alienware laptops are all made in China .Alienware desktops are made in Poland.If you were speaking to UK tech support this is based in Slovakia.

 

Your system was made & came from China.

 

The parts all came from China, but I think the ones from the US are assembled in the US.

Maybe the parts but the assembled ?, otherwise, i cant find sense to ship this frpom China to USA and then Ship this to me to Colombia, they can ship this directly from china . . . just cant find sense to that
Pd: The UPS guide show all the track, if they are lying i dont understand why bother them selfs ?

 

one thing that we'll have to see, there is no difference , if we receive it earlier and working alright, just great! I don't have any problem that my m17x comes from china since he doesn't shows me a yellow star and a red flag

 

I'm now in a coffe and thinking about what would be the impression if I had the AW instead of the Vaio, when I tooked the vaio out not even one look, maybe some suspicions about me being a nerd, but if I tooked out the AW I think it would be more like

OMG look at that it's optimus prime or OMG is that?!?!
