Has anyone else had a bad experience with Ztronics??? I purchased a motherboard for my M7700(Clevo D900T) and they shipped me a motherboard with bent pins for the processor and a repaired resistor where the heat sink goes. All they did was solider another resistor ontop of the old one. I have the version 104 heat snik and it was hitting the repaired resistor. I have shipped it back to them 2 weeks ago requesting a refund and they said thier "Technicians" are still checking the motherboard out. I heard about bad servixce but come on, this is crazy. I will never do any buisness with them again.

Never did business with them but I've noticed their prices are quite high for most things. And I've had more than one A.W. rep suggest Ztronics to me!

I got an m7700 (aurora) off them a couple years ago...ended up replacing both the motherboard and the video card...they sent me a new motherboard(well, used but functional), no support for video card...I found them to be pretty shoddy...would never spend another dime there!

The impression I got was that of some guy working out of his garage. The lady on the phone I talked to had no clue what she was talking about and even told me she was new. She didn't know the answer to a question I asked her and I could hear her asking a guy the question. He was totally not interested from what I could hear. It was at that point I decided I wasn't going to do business with them.

The only guy you should talk to at Z-TRONICS is Jerry,
    1-714-862-2658
    1-714-997-9877

I have dealt with them once, and it took 5 motherboards to get a working one through them.
They sell repaired parts. They are not new, hence why they are so cheap and hit and miss in terms of working.

I've heard good things about them and the best route to go with them is letting them replace the motherboard themselves. It only costs an extra $100 and they provide a warranty on the repair. I would never try to change out my m7700 motherboard myself, it's far too fiddly...
