    ok so Im about to place this order, I am trying to keep the monthly price down so ;

    512MB NVIDIA Quadro FX 3600M
    Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T9300 2.5GHz (6MB Cache 800MHz
    1 gb of ram ( of course I'll upgrade myself)
    1 gb of turbo cache
    250 gb hard drive

    so how would that do?

    how set are you on the turbo cache? i honestly don't think it's worth the price considering you're going to up the ram yourself

    well I;ll be using it for alot of school work: paper , multisim and ofther things. gaming as well.

    That processor speed is still acceptable right

    Processor is fine, BUT if you are gaming on it
    I suggest you choose a gaming video card, like a 9800M GT
    Not too sure how good the quattro is but its not meant for gaming IIRC

    Yes, you're probably not going to use any of the features of the Quadro unless you're doing CAD

    yeah I believe your first choice-the most expensive card is actually for running CAD and such. CPU choice is excellent (I have it to!) turbo cache really doesn't seem to be a big deal but if you want it why not I certainly don't mind having it
