i'm a ex 1730 user and it was very easy to add another harddrive. but i'm wondering after looking at the alienware site showing the m17x how easy or hard is it to add another harddrive. i'm going to get one with a single and i want to install the 2nd harddrive from my 1730.

Download the M17x Service Manual HERE. Its a simple process, however you will need to order a second HDD cage from Dell (See this thread). Some users have reported their systems have shipped with the second cage. This is an unknown at this point. You'll need to remove the service panel to confirm once you receive the system.
