i recived my m15x this morning

    no cracks, no scratches
touch controls work well, even the volume one, it was a little tricky at first but you get the hang of it fast and it can be used easy

keyboard does flexes bottom right (arrow keys) but only if you press hard. i think this could've been easily fixed by AW, anyway not an issue for me

i have no problem with keyboard responsiveness, works how it should, (with synaptic drivers installed and all) i tried and typed as fast as i could, same key, backspace, all kind of tests, it worked fine

i played assassins creed for an hour or so all settings high, worked really smooth and sweet graphics

nero didn't worked, but this is because of vista, so anybody knows if a version of nero that works with vista is available for us aw users? does the one from my hive works?

reinstalled vista as i wanted to partition my hdd the way i am used to, and now i install all my stuff, and then play some bioshock (lights tuned off :p lol) and see how it works

overall, i do recommend the m15x it just rocks your world :p

    Hi Lethal Lottery,
I'm not sure why, but Assassin's creede has those black bars for everyone. I imagine it will get fixed in the patch that's soon to come.

    Hi danieLs
i dont think the pre installed nero works for anybody. you should of received the nero disc with your computer so just un install the loaded version and re install it with the disc and you will be sorted.
    enjoy your new toy.

you are one of the lucky ones then.
as soon as i turned my computer on after taking it out of the box i got a nero error. not even tech support could solve it with updated drivers. removing the pre installed software and re installing it was the only way to fix it.

    here we goo ...
    my m15x arrived today
came with x30 so I updated it immediatley using Nero - no problems!
touch controls work but not very well
    keyboard flexes a bit
    gap above the ethernet port
keyboard is very sloppy so I uninstalled the Touchpaddrivers but now I can't deactivate it but keyboard is working perfectly now!
Maybe somebody could send me their Synaptic-Drivers? Tried some from the synaptics-page but with them I had the same problems!

I didn't mention the good things but I'm very happy with this beast :) Just the touchpad/keyboard thing is annoying me!

its not! and I listened to my speakers and the right one is overamplifiing even if the volume is not too loud! I will speak to the CS but I don't think its a software problem :( I don't want to return it but maybe I have to!
