    alienware says they will only sell replacement parts to someone who can provide proof they own a system. i have a customer with a whitebook that is pretty insistant he wants the alienware lid and palmrest if possible. he is dissapointed with the glossy finish and how easy it scratches and im trying to see what i can do for him. anyone willing to find out how much and if they can get them... it would be much appreciated..

    if nothing else ill paint the ocz parts a matte black for him..
