Quite a long read for anyone who hasn't been up to speed with this issue.
In any case, further testing suggests that when the issue gets severe enough, it may happen when the battery is fully charged as well. I mentioned earlier that a quick (and temporary, mind you) fix would be to either fully charge your battery and run your m15x on AC power or to remove the batteries completely and use solely AC power. However, as noted above, the first option will only work if the issue has not gotten to its severe stages.
Unfortunately, as DenverESullivan pointed out, the only permanent fix is to be to replace the motherboard through Alienware. Your warranty should cover the repair, but if you're not able to send it in for any reason, you can temporarily alleviate the issue by removing all attached batteries and running solely on AC power.

Atm i am using my smaller battery that came in it to use in AC power, and my 9 cell extra battery for on the move. I just leave the 9 cell to charge overnight so no sound problems for me either way atm.

Regi,
Only known 100% fix for this issue is - unfortunately - is motherboard replacement.
I spent about 6 months working with Alienware engineers, Roswell, etc. to identify the cause and a resolution. (Thank God I'm an IT person myself or I'd have lost my mind dealing with this issue.)
US support is VERY aware of this issue and the fix. You may have to pressure the tech to contact 'product development' to get your board replaced if the word hasn't been conveyed to Alienware Europe.
