    My order has been stuck in phase 2 since 5/27/2008, I was just wondering if anyone else is stuck in phase 2 or if your moving along?

    My order has been in phase 2 about as long as yours and they just told me that its really in phase 3 but they are waiting on backordered parts.

    Mine too was stuck at Phase 2 for several weeks. I contacted them a few weeks ago and was told it would move on the status page once the parts were in stock. Today (6/12/08) it moved to Phase 3. Mines an M17x for reference.

    YUP, same day as well, must be a 5-27-2008 thing.

    I have been in phase 2 for a GIFT CARD since 5-27-2008!

    yeah mine is in phase 2 on the website but when i call or email it is in phase 3 going to 4.

    Let's see...

    I was in Phase 2 for a while then emailed and I was really in phase 3. The same day the order status page transitioned to phase 3, it went to phase 4. I emailed yesterday because it had been in phase 4 for over a week and today it changed back to phase 3, and I got an email saying that I was also in phase 3.

    So now I'm just confused. :[
