    The M17x R2 that had cdroms are they Canceling the order/ then refund the credit card. Then reordering and charging the credit card with out telling anyone? or are they just changing the order?

    This is fine for Regular credit cards. But when you have a credit card Limit it slows down the order.

    they are not supposed to charge the card until it ships

    They do a pre approval for the charged amount
