this might just be a flame, but i'm trying to order parts/gear for my alienware.. so i call 1-800-alienware

so we all have our 6 digit numbers ("Agent numbers").. and then i get dell representatives transferring me to other dell representatives... then asking me for 7 digit alpha numerical codes.. which i have no idea what it is... then extended service numbers( and i have no idea what she was talking about either)..
So then she asked me for my phone number... and said i ordered an XPS right?.

I have no idea what to do now and... yeah... I was just trying to order headset/check price on ram through the number given on the alienware web site.....

    any suggestions D:

edit: It just seems really confusing and awkward that I get transferred to people from dell, having no idea about my computer or anything while trying to buy stuff from alienware... ( I mean i know that it's bought out by dell and alll.. but these dell representatives seem clueless....)

edit:edit: am i supposed to go through roswell to buy stuff too ?? :/ they seem like the only helpful people so far... lol
