    I have finally prooved to myself/ the guy that sold me my laptop that there is a problem. im getting an error code of 3700:011B FAN_PROCESSOR - the speed is invalid.

    Now that I have identified the fault, is this fixable via just opening up / cleaning dust off the fan(which i presume is there to some extent)? or will I have to get a replacement fan?
