This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    downloading drivers off dells site?

    Hi guys I feel like an idiot here but is it just me or is the download from dells site just not working at all? I can't get to download anything... every time it downloads a manager that claims my basket/ queue is empty no matter how much stuff i put in there... help?

    i had that problem too... it didn't work for me using firefox. i had to use internet explorer.

    It works - the easiest way to download is to grab them via HTTP and not the download manager. If you find you do not have this option, clear your browser's cookies, exit and then re-visit the support page. From there you will be prompted to use the download manager or download via HTTP/FTP - select that option. A cookie will be saved to preserve your choice. ;)
