    Hey there,

So I recently contacted Dell about my broken Alienware MX18 R3.
So far they have sent several Chinese guys to my place to try to fix it.
The first guy just took it apart. The second one exchanged the CPU and motherboard.
He is now scheduled to come back on Monday to replace the hard disk cable.

Is there a threshold to how many times they can try to fix it?
Has anyone ever managed to get an old machine exchanged for a newer model ?
Should I at this point contact Dell Germany?
so far I have been in contact only with the Chinese dell support.

    thanks!

    cheers
