    i need the bios update for the 766 system, only way to get it is if u have an account with alienware.

    could anyone help me out.

    also a manual would help too

    i think AW doesn't do that... i think someone once posted that AW basically told him to sod off when he contacted them about MyHive access after buying an AW lappie on ebay.

    They won't give you any support...
    But if you ask kindly, I am sure they will give you the possibility of downloading drivers and updates.
