    okay i bought this laptop from someone.
    and he gave me a white card.
    it has :

    Agent identification
    Agent account
    Agent order

    i tried to log into my hive but it keep asking about account e-mail.
    any ideas ?

    you'll need to log in with the original buyer's email adress and password.

    as whizzo said.
    alienware computers are not transferable so if you bought it of someone else they are still the account holder. so unless you get the email of the previous owner you will not get any help with warranty issues from them or be able to use any of the updates in my hive.
    just pray you wont have any major issues with it.
