    Ok.

    Did you try and power down/cold boot and just let the system sit or were you doing hot restarts (restarting the system from Windows without fully powering down)?

    i haven't tried a lot of games but I played CSS and now i get a constant 100+ sometimes upwards of 170

    that score isn't possible cause in windows 7 it says it rates components from a scale of 1.0 to 7.9
