do you mean fullscreen mode and windowed mode? If so most of the time the alt+enter switches between the two

remember it may not be the gpu, it may be the sli cable that connects both the gpus together.

    Hi adrian890,
Forgive me if I ask questions you've either already answered, or possibly resolved. I'm trying to catch up with the issues you've been having. It's my understanding that with SLI disabled, you don't get the white flashing effects? If that is indeed true, then you're probably looking at your slave card or bridge.
Also, there seems to be some issues with certains games (Far Cry 2 in particular that I have yet to test myself). I think you may have mentioned the white flickering in Crysis as well, which is not normal. The games that I have tested personally are Call of Duty, Last Remnant, Unreal Tournament 3, and Fallout 3. All of them seem to run rather decent at a resolution of 1280 x800.

    Thanks,
    Gabe

    Hi Adrian,
It definitely sounds like a slave card issue. On rare occasion, the bridge(SLI Cable) can get pinched or damaged. However, I'm guessing that's it's most likely the slave card. On your order confirmation, you should be able to see who your onsite provide is. For instance, my order confirmation sheet has "Banctec Service Agreement" towards the bottom. Also, keep in mind that technicians have until 10:30 or 12:00 to contact you (this all depends on the service provider).

    Thanks,
    Gabe

The sli/window mode issue isn't going to cause artifacts like this, just lower performance - nvidia acknowledges this in their driver release notes and claims it to be a limitation on Vista.

Just troubleshooting be removing 1 thing at a time till it works, I would say that it is likely an issue with your slave card and/or cable.
