    to finally have my baby, just one thing about signing into my hive. does it take awhile for them to get my account number and stuff so that I can check my drivers?

    You dont have to get your drivers from Alienware. Get them from the manufacturer's site. ;)

    yeah I know, everytime I put it in big red balloons telling my wrong account number or email/zip code.

    I'm gona try to today and later this week, perhaps they dodn't put that kinda of stuff in their system till after the unit is shipped :confused:

    No, I'm pretty sure that they put your address in the system. Otherwise, they wouldn't have shipped out your system. Give Roswell a call.

    Everything is already in when you receive the card so make sure your not typing something wrong. Or give them a call
