just to let all you guys know...

i know you probally dont care, but a high up customer service rep, has granted me a replacement system. i had a lot of problems with the build quality. I might be able to updgrade it to! So just you know this did not come without an epic battle on my part to make this happen.I was told many times the most they would do is attempt to repair this laptop again. I might have agreed to that , but seeing how this my 2nd time mailing in , i think they wanted to go the extra mile. Good luck to anyone trying to get alienware to get you want you want, with preserverance (sp) it will happen.

 

Yeah, but it shouldn't have had to come to that. My experience with my 9750 left such a bad taste in my mouth. I had to fight with my bank, the BBB, and Alienware to get my refund. Needless to say, I don't recommend them anymore. But, I haven't had any issues with Dell. Go figure.

Hm... well that's too bad. I had the opposite experience because I had nothing but good experiences with Alienware and have had 0 problems after over 14 months now with my m9750.

 

So lethal, are you still looking at selling it? if so You might not want to take it our of the box, and than just sale it as new sealed in a box

 

yes thats what im thinking, i might keep it sealed for a little while untill apple makes its announcement. i might try to sell it, im sure it will be easier and ill get more cash. but honestly i might keep it. i have not decided!

 

Yeah, I know what you mean, I'm sure it's what you would want to keep, if you knew there wasn't going to be any more problems, Thats why you got it in the first place.

I would suggest selling it. Based on all the experiences we've all heard, me included in that, the m15x isn't sea worthy. I tried to be optomistic with mine, but the quality repeatly let me down, and I'd hate to see you go through that.
